Rachael excels in interpersonal skills, helping to navigate team dynamics and motivate individual team members. She offers tailored insights on course correction and team health. With a focused work style, keen attention to detail, and the ability to deliver honesty with kindness, Rachael begins transforming teams from the very first conversation, consistently adding value. Her expertise is in systems, processes, technology, and productivity. As a parent of three children, she’s committed to making a positive impact personally and professionally. She’s driven to help people and firmly believes in the power of a positive attitude, teamwork, and the strength of community.
Bethany Jacobs
Bethany is originally from Massachusetts but has found her home in North Carolina, where the southern hospitality matches her philosophy on life and business. With her combined experience and education, Bethany can help your team get to the finish line in a happier, better and quicker way. Her expertise lies in people, team dynamics, crushing a task list and finding better and easier ways to do things. She loves technology as a tool and believes businesses and teams can become stronger with the right systems in place. Bethany's drive comes from a deep desire to help others and see them succeed.
